The RBVRR Journal of Management Research is an Annual Publication, published by the Department of Business Management, RBVRR Women’s College to provide a platform for creating, collecting and sharing knowledge in the field of Management. The Journal invites Research Articles from the Management fraternity generating new insights, and contributes to the development of Management Knowledge.

SUBMISSION DETAILS:
Abstract:The abstract should be a minimum of 150 and not more than 250 words including key words. Abstracts have to include the proposed title for the paper, the full Name, Addresses, mobile no, and email addresses of all authors and contact details for all the authors.
Full Papers: Should not be more than 3000 words including abstract, keywords and references.
Dual Manuscript Publications: Material that has been previously published cannot be considered for publication.
GUIDELINES TO AUTHORS/CONTRIBUTORS:
Manuscript: Two copies of manuscript typed in double space on A4 size bond paper allowing 1-inch margin on all sides should be submitted with a soft copy in CD in PC compatible MS-Word documents format. Manuscript should follow British Spelling throughout. A CD is not required if the manuscript is e-mailed to the editor. Hard copy may be sent to the following address: Director, MBA Programme, Department of Business Management, RBVRR Women’s College, 3-4-527, Narayanguda, Hyderabd-27.
Undertaking: Author(s) is (are) required to give an undertaking that the manuscripts sent for publication in this journal have not been published or sent for publication elsewhere. All correspondence will be held with the first author only.
Review: All contributions submitted will be subjected to peer blind review and the decision of the Editorial Committee will be final.
Preparing Manuscripts: First page should consist of the title of the paper, name(s) of authors(s) with affiliation and abstract not exceeding 150 words. Second page should start with the title of the page again, followed by abstract and the normal text of the full paper. Name (s) author(s) should not appear anywhere in the text from second page onwards.
Only cited works should be included in the References, which should appear at the end of the paper. Follow the reference citation strictly.
Manuscripts not considered for publication will not be returned.
